Hey there! I'm Biheng πŸ‘‹

I’m a product designer with a background in both in Human-Computer Interaction Design and Graphic Design, passionate about the intersection of technology, business, and user experience. I focus on creating products that strike a balance between creativity and usability. My skill set includes user research, wireframing, design systems, prototyping, visual design, and turning complex problems into clear and thoughtful solutions.

Before shifting into product design, I studied Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts, where I built a strong foundation in visual storytelling, typography, and brand thinking. This background continues to shape my work by helping me communicate ideas effectively, design cohesive systems, and bring a refined visual touch to every experience I create.

[My Design Philosophy πŸ“š]

Design begins with observation
I start by understanding how people naturally interact with their environment. Before solving a problem, I listen, watch, and map behavior patterns to uncover what truly matters.
Support comes before instruction
Good UX does not dictate steps. It enables flow. I design systems that adapt to users’ pace and preferences, helping them move forward with clarity and ease.
Context shapes experience
I start by understanding how people naturally interact with their environment. Before solving a problem, I listen, watch, and map behavior patterns to uncover what truly matters.
At the core, my philosophy is about designing with not just for people.
