Building tools that drive better brand and creator fit
I worked at Hyphenova, a fast-moving startup using AI to match brands with creators. As a UI/UX designer, I helped shape product experiences that made it easier for brands and creators to find the right partners and build stronger collaborations. I worked closely with key stakeholders across visual systems, product design, and engineering to ensure a cohesive experience. While the product is under NDA, my main contributions included:
Lead the design of AI-powered chatbot from 0 to 1, saving users an average of 15 minutes per session by reducing search time and support delays
Developed an analytics dashboard, integrating success metrics and data visualization to help creators track content performance, resulting in a 25% increase in user engagement
Designing a brand-facing calculator to help brands estimate campaign costs based on different creator packages and media channels
Built design system and landing pages for brands (B to B) and creators (B to C), driving an increase in platform adoption and a 5.8% growth in new user sign-ups

Designing within constraints
With limited time and design foundation, I had to prioritize what truly mattered to deliver a solid V1. This experience sharpened my ability to make thoughtful trade-offs and stay focused on delivering impact over polish, making sure the right things shipped, even under pressure.
Solving for both B2B and B2C
This was my first time designing simultaneously for two distinct audiences: brand clients and creators. I learned how to shift between product thinking and marketing storytelling, and how design decisions impact both function and perception.
Proactively shaping direction
Among many interns, I learned to be proactive by voicing my questions and ideas early, rather than waiting to be asked. This mindset gave me the opportunity to lead the AI Chatbot and analytics dashboard projects, where I helped the team clarify direction and brought my own creativity into the process.
